My son, a busy bio-medical engineering student, asked me if I could develop an App for his iPad that uses just one screen but has TWO web functions: one for his school notes/projects, the other a full web browser for research on the Internet. Therefore he could work on both at the same time. I figured that if he could utilize the convenience of web-based office suite and data storage services (usually free), I would be able to combine it with Safari browser into one screen on iPad. And here it is.
GDocsWeb, an app for online documents with a web browser, splits iPad screen into 2 sections: the top one for online Documents and the bottom a normal web browser. It allows users to create/edit documents online and surf the Internet at the same time.
